Expression of Helicobacter Pylori in the Bile of Primary Choledocholithiasis Patients

摘要 目的研究幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)在原发性胆总管结石(primary choledocholithiasis)患者胆汁中的表达。方法采用对照研究方法,对原发性胆总管结石患者(实验组)32例和对照就诊者(对照组)30例行内镜下逆行胰胆管造影术 ( endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, ERCP),采用实时荧光定量PCR法检测胆汁中HpDNA表达。结果利用比较平均循环数值(ct)法测定HpDNA的表达水平,原发性胆总管结石组胆汁Hp DNA Ct值为16.78±9.28,对照组胆汁为3.75±7.71,两组之间比较Hp—DNA表达具有统计学差异(P〈0.01)。结论原发性胆总管结石患者胆汁中存在Hp表达,其高表达提示Hp可能参与了原发性胆总管结石的发生及发展。 Objective To investigate the expression of helicobacter pylori DNA in the bile of primary choledo-cholithiasis patients. Methods Thirty two patients with primary choledocholithiasis ( experiment group) and 30 control subjects( control group)were included in the study. All the patients underwent endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancre-atography (ERCP). Hp DNA in bile samples was detected by real time PCR. Results The Ct of bile Hp DNA expression in primary choledocholithiasis patients was 16.78 ± 9.28 ,which was 3.75 ± 7.71 in control group. There was significant difference of the Hp I)NA expression of bile between the two groups ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Hp existed in the bile of primary choledocholithiasis patients. The high expression of Hp in the patient with common duct stones may play an important role in the onset of primary choledochohthiasis. However, its specific mechanism was still unkown.
