Low cost manufacturing technology for localization of carbon fibers

阐述了碳纤维的低成本制备技术及其研究进展,涉及采用新原材料、新工艺、新技术和生产设备国产化等诸多方面。表明低成本碳纤维关键技术的应用,将使碳纤维生产的制造成本降低20%以上,并将大幅度节约碳纤维复合材料的制造成本,促使扩大碳纤维在更多领域的应用。

In this paper the status of low cost manufacturing technology for carbon fibers were introduced, including new materials, new technology and localization of production equipment. Indicating that with the application of the low cost manufacturing technology for carbon fibers, more than 20% of the manufacturing cost of carbon fibers will be reduced, the manufacturing cost of CFRP will be saved greatly and the uses of carbon fibers in many filed will also be promoted.
