中外合作办学高校体育师资建设的研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过文献资料、问卷调查及实地考察等方法,以全国中外合作办学高校体育师资现状为研究对象进行调查,分析得出:中外合作办学高校体育教师以青年教师为主,青年教师亲和力强,但缺乏教学经验,课堂管理较为松散,课堂组织能力较差;科研水平偏低,对国外体育教学研究甚少;外聘教师所占比例较高使得教师流动性较大,教学团队相对不稳定;体育教师入职教育形式化,体育教师培养偏离重心,体育教师继续教育的制度不健全、内容不科学;体育教师待遇不能做到与其他专业教师"同工同酬"。在此基础上提出了加强体育师资队伍建设的对策与建议。 After analyzing the current situation of university physical education facility in the Sino-foreign Cooperation in China by the means of literature review,questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation,the paper comes to the conclusion that young teachers play the leading part in physical education in the Sino-foreign cooperation in Running Schools.Young teachers have great affinity,but lack teaching experience.They have poor abilities in class management and teaching organization;they are in the low level of scientific research and know little about the studies on foreign sports teaching.External teachers have more shares in the schools,which makes the teacher team unstable.The training of new teachers is formalized.The cultivation of physical education teachers deviates from the right track.The continuous education for physical education teachers is not complete,and the contents are not scientific.Treatment of P.E.teachers and other professional teachers can not be the same.Finally this paper brings forward counter measures and suggestion.
