摘要
简要阐述了膜法富氧局部助燃技术及其节能机理,详细介绍了该技术首次运用于丙烯腈装置废水焚烧余热炉的工艺流程及主要设备、安装及调试运行情况,应用结果表明节能效果显著。
This paper introduced the technology and energy-saving mechanism of membrane oxygen-enriched air and local oxygen-increasing combustion-supporting used in the wastewater incinerator of Acrylonitrile Plant for the first time.The technological process,major equipment,installation and commission were described,and the significant energy-saving result as well.
