摘要
通过对原生产工艺的分析,找出了乙腈成品中重组分含量高的原因,确定相应的工艺参数,采取了合理的工艺控制方法。实践证明,应用新的工艺方案后,可有效降低乙腈成品中重组分含量,大大延长装置运行周期。
Through analyzing the original production process,the reasons for the high content of heavy constituents in the acetonitrile product were found.The corresponding technological parameters were determined,and a reasonable process control method was put into use.It was proved that the new process could effectively reduce the heavy constituent in acetonitrile product and prolong the running cycle of the plant.
