电子文件运动模型研究——以深圳市规划局电子文件管理为例

Research on Electronic Records Motion Model——Taking Shenzhen Urban Planning Administration's Electronic Records Management as an Example

电子文件运动模型明确而深刻地指出了电子文件在运动过程中,随着阶段的变化而产生形式、价值以及管理方式等一系列的变化,为电子文件的管理提供了指导作用。在对文件运动相关理论的研究基础上,笔者对深圳市规划局电子文件管理的实际与需求进行了调研,并提出规划业务电子文件运动模型,以期对电子文件运动模型的应用研究作出有益的探索与尝试。

Electronic records motion model definitely and deeply points out that records in the movement process,along with the changing of stages,their performances,values,and manage styles are also changing,which provides directive effect for electronic records management.This article puts forward the electronic records motion model of planning business on the base of the study on the theories about records motion and the research on the fact and needs of Shenzhen urban planning administration about electronic records management.And expect to get some explorations and attempts on the usage of the electronic records motion model.
