摘要
通过对低固含量、块状硅胶原材料的分析对比、合成工艺条件优化及催化剂性能分析,证明中国石化催化剂齐鲁分公司在现有生产装置条件下,低固含量(质量分数)不小于65%、块状(0~149μm)体积分数不小于80%的硅胶可以替代现用高固含量、粉状硅胶,用于ZRP-5择型分子筛工业生产,有效降低了粉尘污染。
Through the analysis and comparison of the low solid content,block-sized silicone materials,the optimization of synthesis process conditions,and the performance evaluation of catalysts,it was proved that with the existing production facilities of Qilu Branch Co., low solid content(the mass fraction≥65%)and the volume of block-sized silicone(0~149μm≥80%)could take the place of presently used high solid content and powdered silicone in the industrial production of ZRP-5 series selective molecular sieve,reducing the dust pollution.
