摘要 近年来,院校网络发展迅速,校园网络BBS(电子公告板)论坛成为学生获取信息和传递信息的重要载体,使得高职院校校园舆情出现了与网络相结合的新特征。通过网络论坛了解学生舆情方向,对高职院校学生管理工作不无裨益。本文首先通过限定条件对大批量的网络舆情数据进行清洗,再利用基于关键词评分聚类的关键词挖掘技术,最终汇总出高职院校学生的思想情况,关心的热点问题。 In recent years,with the high development of the networks,the campus BBS become the main carrier,with which student gain and pass information.public opinion in vocational colleges' campus appear new features combined with the networks.So,it is not without benefits for the management of vocational college students that we understand the direction of public opinion through the forum on networks.his thesis firstly purges large quantities of public opinion data by data filtering technology by limited conditions,and uses recommended technology based on item rating,finally gathers the conclusions that include the circumstance of thinking,hot issues of concern about vocational college students.
