摘要
噪声是评价主减速器总成质量的一项重要指标。文章分析振速法噪声测量原理的基础上,提出了由主减速器结构振动面上测点的振动速度求该测试面的辐射噪声,再由各振动面辐射的噪声求主减速器总噪声声压级的方法。最后通过试验验证该测试系统可用于现场环境下的主减速器在线噪声测试。
Noise is a major index in evaluation of the performance of the final drive.This paper introduces the principle of the vibration velocity method,and then puts forward an efficient method which has been proved to be adaptable for the on-line noise measurement of the final drive.This method allows one to estimate the total sound pressure level of the noise radiated by the final drive from the sound pressure level of the noise radiated by its each main vibrating surface.
