摘要
折弯机是钣金加工行业中的一种重要机械设备。针对数控折弯机多轴同步进行冲压加工与通过控制上模行程进行折弯的特点,结合智能控制技术,提出基于前馈PID与模糊控制结合的新型同步算法,以及使用L-M型BP神经网络自主计算折弯行程的方法。上述两种算法执行效率高,可移植性好;在实际运行中Y轴同步精度达到±0.01 mm,折弯精度达到±0.2°,能够很好地满足实际生产需要。
Press brake is a kind of important mechanical equipment in sheet-metal working industry.According to the characteristics of CNC press brake in multi-axis synchronous stamping and bending through controlling the punch's stroke,combined with intelligent control technology,a new synchronous algorithm based on feedforward PID and fuzzy control,and an automatic computing bend stroke method based on L-M type BP neural network were put forward.These two algorithms have high efficiency and good portability.In practice the synchronization accuracy in Y-axis reaches ±0.01 mm,bending accuracy reaches ±0.2°,which can meet the needs of actual production very well.
