摘要
超精密车削中单点金刚石刀具切削参数的设置非常重要,这不仅关系到金刚石刀具的使用寿命,而且对于提高车削效率以及得到更好的工件表面车削质量都有着深远的意义。文章着眼于实验,首先对超精密车削中切削量、刀尖圆弧半径、进给量和主轴转速对表面微观形貌的影响进行了实验研究。然后对实验的数据结果进行了系统的归纳整理,最后分析了这些影响所产生的原因。根据实验的研究及分析的结果,可得到超精密加工切削参数的优化组合,为提高实际车削后工件的表面粗糙度提供了依据。
Processing parameters of single diamond turning are extraordinary important,not only to the utilized life of diamond tool,but also to the efficiency of diamond turning and the good cutting quality of work piece.Firstly the article was based on the experiment,studying on how much influence that the cutting depth,tool radius,rotating speed of spindle,amount of feed effect the surface microscopic pattern.Then the experimental results were summarized,in the end,the reason for these influences were analyzed.According to the experimental and analyzed results,the optimal combination of processing parameter is achieved which is the empirical rule for increasing the roughness of work piece after single diamond turning in future.
