摘要
用提拉法生长出3种不同浓度的双掺杂LiN bO3∶Ce∶Cu晶体,测试双掺杂晶体的红外吸收光谱、紫外可见光吸收光谱和X射线衍射谱,掺杂相对浓度较高时,紫外吸收边向长波方向红移,X射线谱峰半峰值宽度变小。测试掺杂晶体在生长态和氧化态时的衍射效率,氧化态的衍射效率比生长态衍射效率高,但响应时间较长。
Three different concentrations of doubled-doped LiNbO3∶Ce∶Cu crystal were growthed by Czochralski method.Infrared absorption,ultraviolet visible absorption and X-ray diffraction spectra of the doubled-doped crystals were tested,the results showed that red shift of UV absorption edge was found toward the long-wave direction,and half-peak width of X-ray spectrum peak became small,when doped relative concentration was high.The diffraction efficiency of doubled-doped crystal in growing state and oxidation state were measured,the diffraction efficiency in oxidation state was high than in growth state,but response time was longer.
