摘要
将具有荧光特性的8氨-基喹啉与吡啶类试剂结合,首次合成了标题化合物1-(8喹-啉)-3-(3,5二-溴吡啶)-三氮烯(QBPyT)。其结构经过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振谱证实。研究表明,在碱性介质中,该试剂在λex/λem=248nm/496nm处产生强荧光,并且能被Sb(Ⅲ)荧光增强。基于此,建立了QBPyT测定Sb(Ⅲ)的新型荧光分析法。该方法的线性范围为1.6×10-7—1.2×10-5m ol/L,检出限为9.0×10-8m ol/L。将其应用于矿样中Sb(Ⅲ)的测定,结果令人满意。
The title compound 1-(8-quinoline)-3-(3,5-dibromo-pyridyl)-triazene(QBPyT) was synthesized from the epipolic 8-aminoquinoline combination with pyridine reagent,whose substance was confirmed by elemental analysis,infrared spectra and 1H NMR.The excitation and emission wavelengths of product had the intense fluorescence at 248nm and 496nm in a basic medium,respectively,and the fluorescence intensity was enhanced by Sb(Ⅲ).Based on the mechanism,the new fluorescence analysis for the determination of Sb(Ⅲ) by QBPyT was established.The linear range for method was 1.6×10^-7—1.2×10^-5mol/L,with a detection limit 9.0×10^-8mol/L.The method was used for the determination of trace Sb(Ⅲ) in ore sampleswith satisfactory results.
