一种光栅光谱仪快速检修方法

A Quick Inspection Method for Grating Spectrometer

针对光栅光谱仪常出现的问题,提出一种快速检修的方法。通过该方法,可以快速定位故障点,并进行修理,恢复光谱仪正常工作状态。根据W DS-8/8A型多功能光谱仪的构成,举例说明了该方法实施的步骤。该方法合理高效,对相关教学环节的顺利开展提供了良好的借鉴作用。

Base on regular problems of grating spectrometer,a quick inspection method was proposed.The point of failure can be quickly located to repair by the method,and that was restored the normal operation of the spectrometer.According to the composition of the WDS type multi-functional spectrometer,the implementation steps were illustrated by an example.The method is reasonably efficient,and that provides the good reference for smooth development of relevant teaching process.
