微波消解-ICP-AES测定保鲜水果中硫含量 被引量:5

Determination of Sulfur in Fresh Fruit by ICP-AES with Microwave Digestion

摘要 用硝酸-过氧化氢(4+2)混合溶液作为消解剂,微波消解法处理保鲜水果样品,采用电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定所得样品溶液中硫的含量,选择182.0nm为测定硫的分析线,硫的检出限(3Sd)为0.065m g.L-1,样品测定的相对标准偏差(n=8)为1.90%;用本法测定两个国家标准物质茶叶(GBW 10016)和苹果(GBW 10019),测定值与标准值相吻合。本法测定保鲜水果样品与硫酸钡重量法测定相比较,结果吻合;样品回收率(n=8)在100%—102%之间。 The fresh fruit samples were dissolved with a mixed solution of HNO3-H2O2(4+2) by microwave digestion,and the amount of sulfur in the samples solution was determined by ICP-AES. Wavelength of 182.0nm was selected as analytical spectral line. Detection limit(3Sd) of the method was 0. 065mg.L^-1 ,and the relative standard deviation(n=8) was 1.90%. The proposed method was used in determination of sulfur in 2 national standard samples (standard reference materials tea GBW 10016 and apple GBW 10019),and the obtained results were in conformity with standard values. The results of measurement were in good agreement with those obtained from the proposed method and barium sulfate gravimetric method. The samples recovery(n=8) was between 100% and 102%.
