摘要
研究了样品溶解和仪器测定的最佳工作条件,通过选择铬、镍元素的灵敏线为分析线,在高低标溶液中加入与样品同量的基体元素消除基体的影响,实现了用电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法测定钴基钎料中铬和镍。样品加标回收率在97.5%—103.5%,用于标准样品中镍、铬的测定,标准样品测定结果与标准值相符,标准样品测定值的相对偏差在±0.80%以内。
The optimal work conditions of sample dissolution and instrument measurement were investigated,with the sensitive lines of chromium and nickel elements as analytical line,and the matrix influences of matrix elements that were added to high and low standard solutions with commensuration of samples were cleared up,and the method for the determination of chromium and nickel in cobalt-based brazing filler metals was carried out by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).The additional recoveries were in the range of 97.5%—103.5%,and the RSDs of measure values of samples and standard samples determination were from-0.80% to 0.80%,while the method was applied to determine the nickel and chromium in standard samples,and the detection results of standard samples were in good conformity with certified values.
