摘要
纳米锑掺杂氧化锡(ATO)粉体材料由于其特殊的结构而使它具有与其他材料所不同的光电性能,是一种极具发展潜力的新型多功能导电材料,因而制备出性能优良的纳米ATO粉体显得尤为重要。文章介绍了纳米ATO材料独特的光电性能,综述了纳米ATO粉体的主要制备方法,以及目前国内外纳米ATO粉体材料在透明隔热涂料中的应用研究,并且针对当前纳米ATO制备以及应用面临的问题提出几点建议。
Due to its unique structure, nanometer Antimony-doped Tin dioxide (ATO) had much better characteristics than mass materials including optical and electrical properties and has the potentials to develop novel multifunctional conductive material. It was essential to prepare nanometer ATO with excellent properties. In the paper, the unique optical and electrical property of nano-ATO was introduced, and the major methods of preparation of nano-ATO were summarized at present. Also, the application researches of nano-ATO in transparent and heat insulating coatings were reviewed. At last, several suggests about the problem in the field of nano-ATO preparation and application were brought forward.
