摘要
焦炉煤气在初冷器中经水冷却,并与含焦油的氨水进行传热、传质过程,去除萘。八钢焦化老区经过多次产能提升后,化产老系统存在多处系统瓶颈,含萘超标,捕雾器翻油、翻水事故,严重时进入外排水系统。经过现场改造和操作优化后,取得了一定效果。
