摘要
对国内外乙二醇合成技术的新进展进行了介绍,包括催化水合法、碳酸乙烯酯法(EC)、合成气合成法和甲醛/甲醇合成法。其中催化水合法和碳酸乙烯酯法具有EO转化率高、EG选择性高等优点,是最有前途的工业化方法。合成气合成法和甲醛/甲醇合成法具有原料价格低、工艺流程短、能耗低等优点,非常具有吸引力。同时,提出了我国乙二醇工业的发展方向。
Latest progress on synthesis of ethylene glycol (EG) at home and abroad is introduced, including catalytic hydration of ethylene oxide, ethylene carbonate (EC), syngas, as well as formaldehyde/methanol. They are the most promising methods of industrialization for catalytic hydration and ethylene carbonate, because of higher EO conversion and EG selectivity. They are the most attractive methods for syngas and formaldehyde/methanol, because of lower prices of raw materials, shorter process and lower energy consumption. The direction of developing EG industry in China is pointed out.
