摘要
以钼酸钠(NaEMoO4)、水合肼(N2H4-H2O)、硫代乙(CH3CSNH2)和盐酸(HCl)为原材料。利用气泡液膜法合成工艺制各纳米级的二硫化钼。研究了相关影响因素对合成工艺的影响,确定了最佳合成工艺条件。结果表明,合成的最佳工艺条件为:在得到前驱液的条件下,起泡剂选择6501表面活性剂,用量为理论产率的3%,包覆剂选择油酸,用量为理论产率的2%,反应温度为30℃,反应时问为40min,控制搅拌速度为5000r/min,控制体系的pH为1;在该工艺条件下制备得到分散均匀、无团聚、粒径范围为60-90nm的纳米级的二硫化钼。
Nano-molybdenum disulfide was synthesized with sodium molybdate, hydrazine hydrate, thioacetarnide, hydrochloric acid by using the bubble-liquid film synthesizing method. The effects of related factors on the process was studied, such as acidity of the system, reaction temperature, the type and amounts of additives, the rotational rate of the bubble-liquid film reactor and so on. The optimal synthesis conditions were determined according to the above results. Under the conditions of prepared the precursor, the optimal synthesis condition was that selecting 6501 surfactant as blowing agents and its amount being 3 % of the theoretical yield, taking oleic acid as coating agent and its amount being 2 % of the theoretical yield, the reaction temperature being 30 ℃, the reaction time being 40 min, the rotational rate being 5000 r/min, the acidity of reaction system being pH= 1. The nano-molybdenum disulfide processed under the condition was uniformly dispersed, less aggregation and smaller size nanoparticles and its size range was 60-90 nm.
