从大豆磷脂中分离高纯度脑磷脂的研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了用有机溶剂法从大豆磷脂中提取制备高纯度脑磷脂的工艺,大豆磷脂先用丙酮萃洗溶解去除其中的油脂和游离脂肪酸,然后用无水乙醇溶解除去卵磷脂,最后用石油醚萃取沉淀物得高纯度的脑磷脂。对石油醚萃取高纯度脑磷脂的工艺进行了探讨,得到最佳工艺参数为:料液比为1∶4(w/V);萃取次数为3次;萃取温度为30℃。在此工艺条件下脑磷脂的得率为91.9%,纯度为93.5%。 Studied the craft of producing the high-purity Cephalin from the soybean phosphatide by organic solvent, soybean phosphatide was first washed with acetone to dissolve and remove greases and flee fatty-acids, and then used ethanol to dissolve and remove lecithin, finally used petroleum ether to extract sediments and gain high-purity eephalin. Discussed the craft of producing the high-purity Cephalin, and obtained the best technological parameter: The feed liquid ratio was 1:4 (W/V); The extract number of times was 3; The extract temperature was 30 ℃. Under this technological condition the rate was 91.9 %, the purity was 93.5 %
