TO CONSTRCT THE INNOVATIONAL SYSTEM OF KNOWLEDEG IN FORESTRY

研究进行林业知识创新的必要性、可能性及其规律性,指明创新的方向,探索测度林业知识创新的方法、手段。构建林业知识创新体系的目的在于使林业经济增长不再依靠资源消耗,缓解对资源的压力;同时通过生物技术、信息技术等方面的创新,提高企业的生产效率和经济效益,实现林业的追赶和跨越,迎接知识经济时代挑战。

Goals of constructing innovational of system knowledge in forestry are to study the necessity, possibility and regularity of knowledge innovation of forestry,to point out direction of innovation,to seek effective mechanism and methods of measuring knowledge innovation of forestry,to encourage talents to innovate and to make knowledge into the main economic factor.Growth of forestry economic do not depend on consumption of resources any more,reducing the pressure on resources.At the same time,innovation of bio-technology and information technology can strengthen ecology effect and benefit of forestry and realize competence and over-passing of forestry,to meet the challenge of knowledge-based economy.
