摘要
[目的]研究微囊藻毒素(MCs)对鸭胚的毒性及其半致死剂量。[方法]利用有机溶剂提取铜绿微囊藻毒素,经ELISA检测提取物的MCs含量,然后用提取物处理樱桃谷鸭胚,研究微囊藻毒素对鸭胚死亡率的影响及其半致死剂量。[结果]微囊藻毒素对鸭胚的半数致死量为16.00μg/胚胎(95%可信限为14.37~17.64μg/胚胎);微囊藻毒素对鸭胚死亡率的影响与其剂量成正相关,且对孵化8~19d的鸭胚影响最大。此外,MCs处理的鸭胚和对照组相比,其个体发育明显迟缓。[结论]微囊藻毒素对鸭胚有明显的毒性作用。
[Objective]The aim was to study toxicity and its median lethal dose on duck embryo.[Method]The microcystins were extracted frommicrocystis aeruginosa by organic solvent and the content detected by ELISA.The extraction was injected into Cherry Valley duck embryos to study microcystin on the death of the duck embryo and its median lethal dose.[Results]The median lethal dose was 16.00 μg/embryos(95% confidence interval 14.37-17.64 μg/embryo).The duck embryo mortality was positively correlated with the dose.However,8-19 days of duck embryo had the greatest impact on hatching.Besides,comparing MCs processed duck embryo and CK,its growth was prolonged.[Conclusion]The microcystins were apparently toxic to the duck embryos and its median lethal dose was 16.00 μg/embryos.
