氟与硒相互作用对绵羊生长及体内氟硒沉积的影响 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]通过饲养试验、消化代谢试验、屠宰试验研究氟硒相互作用对绵羊短期生长性能的影响及硒对氟在相关脏器及骨骼沉积的影响。[方法]采用随机试验设计,在基础日粮精料中分别添加不同水平硒,在基础日粮粗料中分别添加不同水平氟,构成试验日粮进行试验,测其相关指标。[结果]氟组硒促进高氟的代谢,使绵羊体重增加显著,高硒剂量对高氟的沉积起到了抑制作用,促进了氟从粪、尿中排泄。[结论]适当剂量的氟、硒相互作用能够减少氟、硒在机体的沉积。 [Objective]Through feeding experiment,digestion and metabolism experiments,and slaughtering test,the interaction of fluorine and selenium on short-term growth performance of the relevant organs and selenium on fluoride and bone deposition were expounded.[Method]Randomized trial design of the experiment,basal diet supplemented with concentrated feed at different levels of selenium were added,respectively,in the basal diet supplemented with different levels of crude fluorine compound to form test diets,test,measure the relevant indicators.[Result]Selenium fluoride group promoted the metabolism of fluorine,so that sheep gained significant weight,and high doses of selenium on fluoride inhibited the deposition and facilitated the fluorine from the feces and urine excretion.[Conclusion]The proper dose of fluoride,selenium can reduce the interaction of fluoride and selenium in the body of the deposition.
