The paper analyzes the main problems in constructing the environmental protection capacity of Chizhou, proposes to strengthen the construction of Chizhou envlronmental protection capacity from the four aspects of improving the monitoring network, establishing the emergen- cy treatment system for pollution accidents, building the environmental information center and ameliorating environmental management system, so as to realize the environmental sustainable development in Chizhou.
