摘要
首先,采用多层过滤、逐步筛选的思路,建立了基于DEA-FAHP的供应链合作伙伴评价模型,该模型用DEA方法判断备选企业的综合效率,淘汰综合效率较低的备选企业。其次,引入模糊判断矩阵,运用FAHP方法计算得到指标综合权重,并计算出各个备选企业的综合评价值。评价者可以根据实际需要,按照综合评价值大小选择合作伙伴。最后,以某生物工程公司为例,验证了模型的有效性和可行性。
By dint of the idea of multi-layer filter and gradual sifting, the two-stage evaluation model was constructed based on DEA-FAHP chain. This model used DEA to judge integrated enterprises' efficiency, eliminate less efficient integrated enterprises; introduce fu~ judgment matrix,use FAHP calculated indicators weight. The core enterprises could choose the suitable partners in accordance with the value of comprehen- sive evaluation. Taking certain biological engineering company as an example ,the validity and feasibility of this model were verified.
