论述了农地产权变革的效率逻辑和公平逻辑,揭示了农地产权制度改革的现实路径:一是坚持和完善现有的农地集体所有制;二是强化农村集体"统"的经营权。

The efficiency and evenness of reform of China＇ s Agricultural Land Property System were expounded. The realistic way of agricul- tural land property system reform was revealed： first, to insist and perfect modem agricultural land collective rights; second, to strengthen ru- ral collective ruling rights.
