护理干预对无创性机械通气患者治疗依从性的影响

Nursing intervention for non-invasive mechanical ventilation on treatment compliance of patients

目的:探讨护理干预对无创性机械通气患者依从性的影响。方法:于我院收治各种原因导致呼吸衰竭患者42名,随机分为实验组17名,对照组25名,护理人员对实验组在常规的护理方法上再对患者进行护理干预,指导教育,对对照组只进行常规的护理方法,比较实验组患者和对照组患者对无创性机械通气依从性。结果:实验组患者经过护理干预,9例在30分钟内适应呼吸机,出现惊恐、自感呼吸困难等心理障碍感觉的人数比例低于对照组,经比较后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗对无创机械通气治疗的依从性经比较后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预可影响患者对无创性机械通气的依从性,值得临床推广。

Objective：To explore the influence of nursing intervention for noninvasive mechanical entilation medication adherence.Methods：In our hospital,collecting 42patients with respiratory failure for various reasons.they were randomly divided into experimental group 17patients,control group 25patients.nurses in the experimental group in the conventional methods of care for patients on the nursing intervention and then to guide the education,control groups only for routine care.Comparing the experimental group and control group patients were non-invasive mechanical ventilation compliance.Results：After nursing intervention,in the experimental group,9patients within 30minutes adapted to breathing machines,they appeared frightened,self psychological feeling of breathing difficulty was more than the control group the proportion of persons,by comparison the difference was significant（P0.05）;Two groups ofpatients withnon-invasive mechanicalventilation in the treatment o fthe compliance by the comparison,the difference was significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention can affect patient care and non-invasive mechanical ventilation in compliance,it is worthy of promotion.
