With the development of scientific technology and human civilization,the practical nursing course develops at a rapid speed.The continuous updating of new knowledge,new equipments,and new technology,requires the nursing professional teacher majors participate in the practical nursing work to prevent the sliper of nursing school teaching and practical requirements.This essay proposes the method of instructor responsibility system to improve the quality of the practical nursing study.
