摘要
目的:观察铁过载对重型β地中海贫血患儿生长发育的影响。方法:84例重型β地中海贫血患儿按其是否规范输血、除铁分为规范治疗组与对照组,测定两组患儿身高、体重、血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白。结果:规范治疗组患儿的血清铁蛋白明显低于对照组,该组患儿的身高、体重高于对照组。结论:重型β地中海贫血患儿的生长发育落后与长期贫血及铁过载有关。
Objective:To Observe Iron overload inβ-thalassemia major growth and development of children.Methods:According toWhether received the standard blood transfusion and iron-chelation therapy,84children withβ-thalassemia major divided into treatment and control groups.Height,weight,hemoglobin,serum ferritin were measured.Results:Control group of height,weight,Hb lower than the normal group,serum ferritin higher than the treatment group.Conclusions:Growth and development delay are common in children withβ-thalassemia major.This may be related to long-term anemia and iron overload related.
