大承气汤联合低分子肝素治疗急性胰腺炎38例观察

Dachengqi Decoction combined with Low molecular weight heparin in treatment of acute pancreatitis

目的:探讨大承气汤联合低分子肝素治疗急性胰腺炎的效果。方法:采用随机、开放、对照试验。对2008年09月至2010年09月间收治的76例急性胰腺炎患者,掷硬币法随机均分为A组(低分子肝素治疗组)38例和B组(大承气汤联合低分子肝素)38例。观察两组转手术率、重症化率、病死率和总有效率。结果:B组的总有效率优于A组,但在转手术率、重症化率、病死率方面无差别。结论:大承气汤联合低分子肝素治疗急性胰腺炎,可显著提高总有效率,安全可靠。但鉴于研究的局限性,建议行大样本、高质量的临床随机对照试验进一步研究。

Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Dachengqi Decoction combined with Low molecular weight heparin （LMWH） in treatment of acute pancreatitis （A.P）. Methods ：76 AP patients were randomly divided into group A （LMWtI only） and group B （Dachengqi Decoction ＋ LMWH）. The aggravation rates ,operation rates, mortality rates and total effective rates were compared. Results：Total effective rates in group B were superior to A;but vaggravatinn rates, operation rates, mortality rates had no difference. Concinsion：Dachengqi Decoction combined with LMWH can obviously improve the total effective rates, but because of the limitation of the research, the large samples and high quality randomized clinical controlled trails to take further study are suggested.
