超声心动图评价心肌梗死溶栓治疗前后心功能中的价值

Echocardiographic evaluation of myocardial infarction in cardiac function before and after treatment values

目的:研究超声心动图在急性心肌梗死溶栓治疗前后心功能改变情况中的作用。方法:分析2007年6月～2009年6月46例急性心肌梗死患者,依据临床冠脉溶栓间接再通标准,将46例患者分为溶栓再通组27例和未通组19例。对患者行溶栓治疗并于溶栓治疗前和1个月后行超声心动图检测,具体指标包含左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)、舒张末期容积(EDV)、收缩末期容积(ESV)、射血分数(EF)和左室短轴缩短率(LFS)。结果:再通组和未通组患者治疗后的超声心动图检测结果有显著性差异(P<0.05);急性期内超声检测结果与治疗前比较,LVEDD、LFS略微升高、EDV、ESV、EF有所下降;溶栓治疗远期超声心动图检测结果与治疗前相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05);再通组溶栓治疗的效果与未通组比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:超声心动图可以作为评价溶栓治疗效果的一种新方法,具有操作简单、结果准确等优点。

Objective： To study echocardiography in acute myocardial infarction heart function before and after treatment the role of the case. Results ： The group did not pass through group and after treatment by echocardiography test results are significant- ly different （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; acute during the ultrasound test results compared with before treatment, LVEDD, LFS increased slightly, EDV, ESV, EF declined ; thrombolytic therapy long - term results of echocardiography compared with before treatment （ Table 4 ）, there was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; reperfusion group the effect of thrembolytic therapy compared with no - pass, There were significant differences （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Echoeardiography can be used as evaluation of effects of thrembolytic therapy a new method is simple, accurate and so on.
