摘要 目的:通过对计算机三维脑血管成像技术(3D-CTA),数字减影血管造影技术(DSA)在颅内动脉瘤诊断准确性和特异性的比较,探讨前循环动脉瘤的诊断和手术治疗。方法:回顾性分析了2004年3月至2009年3月收治的53例怀疑前循环动脉瘤患者的临床资料。通过回顾性分析术前采用CTA和DSA确诊,并对两者的敏感性和准确性进行比较;采用翼点入路和纵裂入路夹闭动脉瘤。结果:CT-A检查20例确诊18例,DSA检查33例,确诊29例,术后按GOS评分,良好33例,死亡2例,其中3d内手术恢复良好15例,死亡1例。结论:3D-CTA是准确有效的检查手段,确诊后应在3d内早期手术夹闭动脉瘤可取得满意疗效。 Objective : By 3 D - CTA, DSA in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms compared the accuracy and specificity. To investigate the diagnosis of anterior circulation aneurysms and surgical treatment. Methods:A retrospective analysis of March 2004 to March 2009 were treated 53 cases of anterior circulation aneurysms in patients with clinical data. Through the CT - A, DSA inspection, using the ptefional approach under and double the amount of clipping aneurysms. Results:According to GOS score,a good 39 cases,2 deaths,of which recovered well within 3 days of surgery in 15 cases and 1 died. Conclusions:3D - CTA,DSA are effective screening tool should be within 3 days of early surgical clipping of aneurysms can achieve satisfactory effect.
