实施术前访视的探讨

Study on the application of preoperative interview

目的:实施术前访视,对手术病人进行心理疏导,最大限度减轻病人紧张和焦虑感,以稳定的心理状态配合手术。方法:对700例择期手术病人有针对性的进行术前访视。结果:术前访视可以让病人了解疾病知识,减轻病人对手术的紧张焦虑情绪,增强患者信心,并进一步和谐护患关系,减少了医疗纠纷。结论:术前访视能让病人以积极的心态配合手术,增加手术安全性,为患者顺利度过手术期打下了良好基础。

Objective：To implement the preoperative interview by doing psychological counseling to surgleal patients,in order to minimize the tension and anxiety of patienta and make the patients coordinate with the operation with stable mental status. Methods ：The targeted preoperative interview was done to 700 patients undergoing selective operation respectively. Results：The preoperative interview boosted the patients＇ understanding to disease, reduced the patients＇ anxiety stress to surgery, enhanced the patients＇ confidence, further harmonized the relations between nurses and patients and reduced the medical disputes. Conclusion：The preoperative interview can make the patients coordinate with the operation with positive attitude and increase the surgical safety, which lay a good foundation for patients through the surgery successfully.
