摘要
目的:探讨钩钢板治疗RockwoodⅢ型肩锁关节脱位的近期疗效。方法:2005年9月至2009年11月,RockwoodⅢ型肩锁关节脱位患者34例,所有患者均行切开复位钩钢板内固定。术后根据Karlsson疗效标准评价肩关节功能。结果:术后3个月拆除钩钢板,术后患者均获随访。karlsson疗效评价:优19例,良10例,优良率为85.3%。结论:锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗RockwoodⅢ型肩锁关节脱位均解剖复位,拆除钩钢板后随访,近期疗效满意。
Objective：Rockwood Ⅲ type hook plate for treatment of dislocation of acromioclavicular joint short - term effect. Methods：From September 2005 to November 2009, Rockwood Ⅲ acromioolavicular joint dislocation type 34 patients, All patients underwent open reduction and internal fixation hook. Evaluation of efficacy of file standard according to Karlsson after shoulder function. Results：3 months after removal of hook plate and postoperative patients were followed up. karlsson efficacy evaluation ： excellent in 19 cases, good in 10 cases, the fine rate was 85.3%. Conclusion ： Clavicular hook plate fixation Rockwood Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation type are anatomical reduction, follow- up after removal of hook plate, the recent results were satisfactory.
