目的:为提高计划生育手术质量,减少受术者的痛苦。方法:在结扎手术中患者采用局麻加静脉全麻方法。结果:结扎术时受术者无痛苦,不发生烦躁,呼叫等情况。结论:通过静脉麻醉使受术者处于睡眠状态,无痛觉,这样可以避免提取输卵管时引起的牵拉痛,提高了手术的安全性。

Objective ： To improve the quality of the operation of family planning, and reduce the patient＇s pain at the same time. Methods ： The combination of local anesthesia and intravenous anesthesia during the deligation. Results：The treatment is painless without patient＇s cry and irritability - restlessness. Conclusion：Patient＇s become sleepy and painless by intravenous anesthesia which reduce the drag pain when get out uterine tube and raise the salty at the operation.
