β受体阻滞剂联合中医辨证施治在高血压治疗中的价值分析

目的:探讨β受体阻滞剂联合中医辨证施治治疗高血压效果。方法:选取我院2008年至今收治的214例高血压患者,分为对照组和观察组,每组各107例。对照组采用β受体阻滞剂治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合中医辨证施治治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:对照组总有效率为85.05%,观察组总有效率为94.39%。随访4个月,观察组血压降低优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:β受体阻滞剂联合中医辨证施治治疗高血压能够达到标本兼治的效果,值得临床应用。

Objective： To investigate the β- blocker treatment of hypertension combined effect of TCM syndrome differentiation. Methods ： Since 2008 our hospital admitted 214 patients with hypertension.were divided into control group and observation group, 107 cases each. The control group was β - blocker therapy, the observation group in the control group on the basis of the joint TCM syndrome differentiation treatment, treatment effects were compared. Results： The total effective rate was 85. 05 %, observed total effective rate was 94.39 % ;followed up for 4 months in the observation group than the control group blood pressure decreased, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：β - blocker treatment of hypertension in the United TCM syndrome differentiation to achieve both the root causes of the effect, is worthy of clinical application.
