干粉试剂与液体试剂测定PT与INR结果的分析

Analyze Results of Prothrombin Time and International Standardizatoin Ratio that were Measured by Dry Reagent and Liquid Reagent

目的:分析干粉试剂与液体试剂对相同的标本测得凝血酶原时间(PT)和国际标准化比值(INR)结果的差异性。方法:用干粉试剂和液体试剂在同一台全自动血凝仪测定病人标本与健康人标本凝血酶原时间与INR的结果,应用统计学方法对测定结果进行分析。结果:干粉试剂与液体试剂测出的每组凝血酶原时间和INR的结果均有显著性差异。结论:依据对照组得出,液体试剂测出的结果能更准确地反映病人的实际状况,更适合实验室应用。

Objective：Analyze results differences of the PT and INR that were measured by dry reagent and liquid reagent to same sample. Methods：The PT and INR were measured by dry reagent and liquid reagent in same Automated Blood Coagulation Analyzer in patients and healthy people,Analyze results with statistical methods. Resuits：There were significant differences in each set of results that were measured by dry reagent and liquid reagent. Conclusion：According to the comparisinn,The results of PT and INR that were measured by liquid reagent can reflect actual level of patients more exactly,The liquid reagent is more suitable for lab than dry reagent.
