糖尿病患者自我注射胰岛素诺和针使用现状分析

Diabetics are injected insulin to the north and the use of the present analysis

目的:了解糖尿病患者自我注射胰岛素使用诺和针的现状。方法:选取内分泌科62例自我注射胰岛素并使用诺和针的患者,应用自行设计的诺和针使用知识和行为问卷进行调查。结果:基层医院患者知识缺乏,存在很多问题,尤其重复使用情况普遍。结论:应当加强自我注射胰岛素患者的健康教育,改变患者的观念是教育的关键。

Objective ：This essay is aimed to know the status on the usage of self insulin injection of the diabetics. Methods： The author choose 62 endocrine patients who take the insulin injection by using Novofine themselves, and invite them to do the research questionnaires on the self injection. Results ： From the datas the author got, we can see that patients in basic hospital are commonly lack of related knowledges. There are many problems ,especially of wide resuing the needles. Conclusion：The author draw a conclusion that we should intensify the health education on the self insulin injection patients,and the key is to change the idea of diabetic patients.
