锁定钢板内固定治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折的临床研究

Locking plate fixation for complex fracture of tibial plateau clinical research

目的:探讨锁定钢板内固定治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的46例复杂性胫骨平台骨折患者的病例资料,并进行随机分组,治疗组使用锁定钢板内固定进行治疗,对照组使用传统的空心钉固定进行治疗,治疗结束后分析两组患者的治疗疗效。结果:经治疗两组疗效对比显示,治疗组患者的疗效明显高于对照组,差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:此方法治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折具有疗效好、并发症少等优点,其可进行临床推广。

Objective：Explore locking plate internal fixation for complexity of fracture of tibial plateau clinical curative effect. Methods：Retrospective analysis of the complexity in 46 patients treated patients with fracture of tibial plateau of the cases, and material, randomized, treatment used locking plate fixation for treatment, and the control group, the use of traditional hollow nail fixed for treatment after treatment analysis two sets of patients curative effect. Results：The treatment effect, according to two groups compared the effect of the treatment group patients were higher than that of control group, obviously, a statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ：This method for complex fracture of tibial plateau has good curative effect and less complications,its advantages for clinical promotion.
