早期耕耘对深度烧伤创面愈合过程的影响

The effects of early plough in the healing process of deep degree burn wounds

目的:总结2008年1月～2010年12月我院应用烧伤湿润暴露疗法(MEBT/MEBO)治疗深度烧伤的病人中,133例病人早期耕耘对创面愈合过程的影响。方法:将同期应用湿润烧伤膏的93例病人作对照,两组病人的平均年龄、烧伤面积、烧伤深度、烧伤部位,无显著差别,用药方式均以MEBT/ME-BO治疗,实验组采取创面早期耕耘处理。结果:实验组的深度烧伤创面液化启动时间较对照组提前,创面液化持续时间及愈合时间缩短,感染发生率低。结论:创面早期耕耘能加速深度烧伤创面的愈合过程,是应用烧伤湿润暴露疗法治疗深度烧伤病人的重要措施。

Objective：Totally 133 patients suffered with deep degree burning injury in MEBT/MEBO treatment are included with the effects of early plough in the healing process of deep degree burn wounds from January 2008 to December 2010. Methods：Take the 93 patients with the effects of normal MEBT/MEBO treatment as control group. There are no significant differences for the averaged age, injured area, injured depth and sites between two groups. All patients are mainly treated by MEBT/MEBO. The test group is treated with early plough. Results：In the test group, initiation for wound liquefaction was earlier than the control group, and duration time and healing time were shortened. Rate of infection was lowered. Conclusion：Early plough performs a positive and certain effect to deep burn wounds, improving initiation time, shortening duration and healing time and rate of infection for the wounds. It is accurate method for healing of deep burn patients.
