80例阵发性室上性心动过速救治分析

目的:研究不同药物治疗阵发性室上性心动过速疗效对比。方法:选择2009年1月～2010年12月收治的80例室上性心动过速患者应用几种不同的药物治疗后的转复例数、复律时间和不良反应。结果:共有71例患者复律成功,9例患者无效,有7位患者出现不良反应。结论:不同患者因根据年龄、基础疾病、体征来选择合适的药物治疗方案。

Method ：After chooses in 80 example rooms which in January,2009 - 2010 years in December admits the tachycardia patient to apply several different medicine treatments the extension duplicate example number, the duplicate law time and responded not good. Results：Altogether has 71 example patient duplicate law to be successful ,9 example patients are invalid, some 7 patients appear responded not good. Conclusion：Because the different patient according to the age, foundation disease, the symptom chooses the appropriate medicine treatment plan.
