2例人感染猪链球菌患者的护理体会

The nursing experience of 2 cases of patients with streptococcus suis infection

目的:探讨人感染猪链球菌的临床特征及护理方法,提高临床护理水平。方法:回顾性分析我院自2006年7月-2007年7月收治的2例猪链球菌感染患者的临床资料,总结临床护理方法。结果:2例患者入院当天即开始昏迷,经精心治疗和护理2天后清醒,1例患者住院18d,另1例患者住院21d,均好转出院;2例患者出院时均遗留轻微下肢麻木无力症状,指导其康复锻炼方法,并进行相关康复指导,随访1a后2例患者均痊愈。结论:猪链球菌感染在临床较为少见,但该病潜伏期短、发病快、转变快、预后差,临床确诊后需立即进行生命体征监测,给予抗休克、抗感染、降低颅内压及相应护理措施后可提高患者预后。

Objective：To investigate the clinical feature and nursing methods of streptococcus suis infection. Methods：The clinical material and clinical nursing methods of 2 patients with streptococcus suis infection from July 2006 to July 2007 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results：The coma was found on the two patients after they went to the hospital, then they wake up after two days with the careful treatment and nursing. A patients hospitalized for 18 days, the other one hospitalized for 21 days, The two patients were slighdy at discharge from numbness weakness symptoms, the rehabilitation exercise were continued after they were discharged, and relative rehabilitation guidance was followed as former,the two patients were recovered after one year followed up. Conclusion：Streptococcus suis infection was rare in clinical, Give fight shock, anti - infection, reduce intracranial pressure and corresponding nursing measures can improve the prognosis of patients.
