目的:针对来我站行无痛人流术的人群实施健康教育的效果研究。方法:将2009年下半年无痛人流受术者进行术前、术中、术后健康教育,给予人性化的心理护理,术前和术后施行心理学调查与各种测试评价,术中严密监测患者血压、心率的变化,术后给予正确的指引和教育。结果:无痛人流人群的术前、术中、术后SAS、SDS评分显示,无痛人流术的人群心率平稳,满意度高。结论:术前、术中、术后恰当地实施健康教育可减轻无痛人流受术者对手术的应激反应,缓解其焦虑情绪,减少手术并发症的发生。
