罗哌卡因与利多卡因混合局部麻醉用于体表非复杂瘢痕修复手术的效果 被引量:9

摘要 体表不太复杂的瘢痕整形手术常在门诊施行。因瘢痕局部常规注射利多卡因麻醉剂效果不佳及手术时间较长,患者常于术中主诉疼痛难忍而需要术中反复追加麻醉药,增加了局部麻醉药吸收过多发生中毒的风险,且因创面弥漫性渗血明显,影响术野的清晰度,不利于手术操作。
