院村联办形式的可行性分析——枝江市百里洲镇乡村一体化管理的调查

Feasibility of Hospitals integrated with Villages

通过对乡村医生和村行政管理人员实施院村联办形式乡村一体化管理的可行性调查 ,结果显示 ,绝大多数乡村医生和大部分行政管理人员对实施院村联办形式乡村一体化管理持赞成态度 ,同时表明 ,该镇在推行乡村一体化管理的 2年来 ,乡村医生得到了一定的实惠 ,他们希望在市场经济调节下 ,能选择适合该镇客观实际形式的一体化管理制度 ,使他们的工作环境得到一定的改善 。

Researchers collected information about whether the country integrated management with the joint form of hospitals andvillages can be carried out. They examined 112 village doctors and 150 village administrative staffs including the village branch seretaries, the village heads and the committee members in charge of education and health. The result shows that the majority of village and administrative staffs agree to carry out the country integrated management with the joint form of hospitals and villages. It also shows that since the country integrated management was carried out two years ago, the village doctors have benefited a lot from it. They hope that under the regulation of market oriented economy, an integrated management system which suits local objective reality can be chosen in order that their work environment can beimproved a lot and their ability of resisting the risk of medical safety can be strengthened.\;
