摘要
目的探讨家兔膀胱肌电体表检测的方法以及家兔清醒状态时膀胱体表肌电信号的特征。方法清醒家兔经静脉灌注生理盐水,同步记录膀胱储尿期和排尿期膀胱肌电信号及膀胱内压变化。结果贮尿期,膀胱内压无明显变化,体表电极也未记录到明显的肌电信号;排尿期,膀胱内压明显升高,体表电极记录到重复性良好的含有一连串幅度不等动作电位的脉冲串样肌电信号。结论本实验成功地记录到与膀胱排尿一致的肌电信号,为评估膀胱功能提供了一种无创的检查方法。
Objective To develop a method for recording vesical electromyographic activity from body surface and use these techniques to explore surface vesical electromyography characteristics in the rabbits which no anesthesia. Methods We record the electrical activity from vesical body surface of the rabbits which under venous infusion and simultaneously recrod the intravesical pressure via a pressure transducer inserted in the vesical cavity. Results There were no obviously bursts recorded from the abdominal surface during filling period,and the intravesical pressure also had no obvious changes. In micturating period, many bursts which consist of a number of action potentials were recorded from the surface corresponding to ample changes in intravesical pressure. Conclusions It is feasible to record vesical electromyographic activity from body surface of rabbits in the method and therefore develop a nouinvasive method for evaluating the function of bladder therefore.
