动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2水平及相关性研究 被引量:28

The levels of plasma lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 in atherosclerotic cerebral infarction

摘要 目的分析血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)水平与动脉粥样硬化脑梗死(ACI)患者常见危险因素的相关性。方法采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血浆Lp-PLA2水平,同时检测血脂、纤维蛋白原等生化指标;行头颅核磁共振检查计算脑梗死面积大小;使用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)进行神经功能缺损程度评估。结果 ACI组血浆Lp-PLA2水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01);血浆Lp-PLA2水平随脑梗死面积增加而呈递增趋势(P>0.05);神经功能缺损程度越重,血浆Lp-PLA2水平越高(P<0.05);血浆Lp-PLA2水平与性别、CRP呈正相关,与吸烟、饮酒呈负相关,与年龄、高血压病、糖尿病、TC、TG、HDLC、LDLC、Fib、Lp(a)均无关。结论血浆Lp-PLA2升高可能是ACI重要危险因素。 Objective To observe the levels of plasma lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2) in patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction(ACI);We analysed plasma Lp-PLA2 levels with ACI and related factors.Methods Plasma Lp-PLA2 levels were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and the levels of blood lipids and fibrinogen and the size of cerebral infarction were measured by cranium MRI;the scores of neurological impariment were assessed by the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS).Results Compared with control group the level of plasma Lp-PLA2 was higher in ACI group(P0.01).The plasma level of Lp-PLA2 increased with the size of cerebral infarction(P0.05).The plasma level of Lp-PLA2 increased with neurological impariment(P0.05).The plasma level of Lp-PLA2 was correlated with sex;with positive correlation with CRP and negative correlation with smoking,drinking.It had no correlation with age,hypertension,diabetes,TC,TG,HDLC,LDLC,Fib or Lp(a).Conclusions The increased plasma level of Lp-PLA2 may be a risk factor in ACI.
