癫痫患者事件相关电位(P300)与认知功能相关性研究

The study of correlation between event related potientials (P300) and cognitive functions in epileptic patients

目的：探讨癫痫患者事件相关电位特征及其在反映认知功能上的价值。方法：利用事件相关电位、韦氏成人智力量表和记忆量表对50例成人癫痫患者认知功能进行电生理学和心理学评估．30例年龄、性别及文化程度相匹配的健康成入作对照。结果：病人组P3潜伏期明显延长．智商、记忆商明显降低．P3潜伏期与患者总智商、言语智商、操作智商和记忆商呈显著负相关，其中相关性最密切的是言语智商和记忆商。结论：P3潜伏期在一定程序上能够反映癫痫患者的认知功能损害，并倾向于反映言语活动和短时记忆能力。

Objective: To investigate the properties of event related potentials and the relationship withcognitive function in epileptic patients. Methods: Auditory event related potentials (ERPs ) were recorded in 50epileptic adults of 16 ~ 56 years of age and compared with conventional test batteries of cognitive function. 30healthy volunteers matched in sex, age and educational levels with the epileptic group used as the control. Results:P300 latency were prolonged in epileptic patients and showed an inverse correlation with the total score of WAIS(FIQ ), verbal intelligent quotient (VIQ ) , practical intelligent quotient (PIQ ) and memory quotient (MQ ).Conclusion: The prolonged P3 latency in epileptic adults was related with the impairment of cognitive function andERPs might be an objective index for intelligence impairment especially for VIQ and short term memory In adultepileptic patients.[
