硝酸异山梨酯气雾剂即时降压作用的观察

Clinical Observation on the Immediate Blood Pressure Lowering Effect of Isoket Spray

目的:观察硝酸异山梨酯气雾剂的降压作用.方法:用硝酸异山梨酯气雾剂治疗门诊、急诊高血压患者43例.每人口腔喷雾2～3揿(每揿含硝酸异山梨酯1.25.mg),观察即时降压效果.结果:治疗前收缩压179.75士37.69 mmHg,治疗后139.64士42.82mmHg(P<O.001);治疗前舒张压为108.13士21.28 mmHg、治疗后89.63士24.87 mmHg(P<O.001)、结论:硝酸异山梨酯气雾剂具有迅速降压的临床效果.

Forty-three outpatients with hypertension selected from emergency department were treated with Isoket Spray. Patients were asked to inhale the spray (2~3 presses with each press yielding 1.25 mg) orally. The systolic blood pressures before and after the inhalation were 179.75 ± 37.69 mmHg and 139.61 ± 42.82 mmHg respectively (P<0.01), and the diastolic pressures were 108.13 ± 21.28 mmHg and 89.63 ± 24.87 mmHg respectively (P<0.001). Our study showed that the Isoket Spray could decrease blood pressure rapidly.
